Returns

You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or model, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not functioning as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
